beached today! think i'm burnt. arghh. and tanline's quite bad now too. =[ haha but had fun. sand was burning hot!!! haha before beach, met max and leslie for breakfast then played pool...ok fine, i watched and they played. haha. mm leslie was quite zaided. hahaha. but yeah so was max lah huh. =] anyway then went siloso and almost died from the heat. challenged 3 angmohs to a game then after that just slacked arnd waiting for jiawei and calvin to arrive. those idiots were late! haha. mm but by the time they arrived, after awhile the sun went away. played awhile among ourselves then challenged some pple whom we won 15-2. =] but i served a ball in the girl's face. whoopsiedo. =[ sorrysorry. heh.

hmm went to watch phantom of the opera with kt and my big one. =] nice show. great company. =] though the theatre was freeeeeeeeezing. why do i always turn into an ice cube nowadays. i was like really shivering! and my fingers were numb from the cold. and my nose and ears were super cold. =[ before that, had a nice catch up session with gossips. leslie joined us for awhile. haha fun stuff. =]
weiming. my big one. bigger, whiter and shorter hair. but still the same silly big one as always.
really glad he's back. =]

back from hk!! ok quite a delayed post. was back on the 22nd. actually the 23rd cos i reached at midnight. =] hk was fun! on first day was quite slack, just ate and walked around then had dinner at lei yu mun, this seafood place. damnnn good! ate until i was ready to burst. then went temple street to shopshopshopp... and went back to the hotel then met up with sarah and yvette! haha damn nice to see them. =] next day, took the KCR to shenzhen... sarah warned me of robbers so i was like hugging my bag to my side all the time and checking to see if my phone and camera were still intact. haha. but yeah, intense shopping at shenzhen! blardy cheap man... bought a lotta stuff for S$1. hahahaaha. went mad bargaining. and some stupid vendors got damn pissed off with me cos they quoted me like HK$200+ for some stuff then i told them no, HK$20!!! ahahahahahaa. but then sometimes after awhile they'll give in. which led us to buying millions of accessories, 13 sunglasses, 12 pajamas, 20++ watches, 6 bags etc.... haha. bargaining was quite fun lah. but they usually dont care abt us, only when my parents do it then its like phwoarrrr...less than 5% of the price they quote. yeah and the place selling accessories was like FILLED with glittery stuff and after awhile i got quite gong. haha. and its like the vendors will keep pestering you to buy, then they'll pull you back when you wanna walk away and stuff. there was this woman who asked my sis if she wanted a manicure then my sis said maybe after she eats, so after lunch when we came out of the restaurant the woman just followed her EVERYWHERE! hahahah! then the next day we took the hydrofoil to macau and sightsee-ed. (sightsaw? sightseen?!) yeahh bought food for pple there... and the restaurant was damnn nice!! go see the pics!!! its like we're eating underwater. and the food was not bad too. portuguese food... yups. then my parents, sis and me went to the casino after that. macau is filled with casinos man. but yeah we went to one which was all gold on the outside and inside was freaking big!!! and like, HUGE chandeliers everywhere and it was just damn pretty. its like the unbeatables lor...shuang1 tian1 zi4 zun1. super super nice. i cannot stand it haha i need to own one someday too! my father played some card game and won some but in the end lost, then me and my sis tried the jackpot and lost everything in less than 5 min. hahaha. ok we suck. bleahh. yeah, then went back to hk and it was even more shopping at woman's street. =] we were kinda going mad. went back to hotel damn late and on the last day, walked arnd somemore and bought more stuff we needed to buy, then went back to hotel again to catch the coach to go airport. and sarah and yvette were waiting for me at the hotel! haha i was damn surprised. had a good talk then i had to leave for the airport, and on the coach it was like freaking cold!!! i became an ice cube. i was like wearing my jacket and my bro's jacket all zipped up and i was still freezing. =[ hk's crazy, its like the weather's quite cold already then they still wanna blast aircon!! madness. haha reached home at 1+ am and then went online and didnt sleep till arnd 5... woke up at 245pm the next day and saw joyce's msg asking if i was going trg. so i replied, no. then she was like, "yes uni trg already started 45 min ago!" hahahhaha! whoops. luckily she didnt go. =]
anyway, then last night i went for sarah and yvette's church concert thingie. mostly singing, quite nice... =] found a cute little sec 2 hahaha. sarah and i were trying to take pics but then camera cannot zoom enough. owells. oh and we saw this cute old man singing and dancing! hahahaa. mm then after that i went home myself at arnd 1030 and took a train to bugis, where i distinctly remembered that there was bus 7 there lah! and then i walk like mad and there was a freaking 7 on one side of the road, which was the WRONG side, then the other side dont have!!! whats this!!! so i walk even MORE and got to arab street and by the time it was damn late already and i had to get home so tried to get cab. but all the stupid cabs dowan to stop for me!!!! and they were all EMPTY!!!!!!!!!!!! argh. finally FINALLY then got one stop for me. grrrrrr. got home late. luckily didnt get scolded. =]
and today i'm gonna go meet weiming!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! he's back from the states man. meeting him in like 45 min. ahhh i miss him! my silly big one. =] hopefully he wont have weird eching accent. will blog again when i come home!! leaving soon. =]

i'm actually supposed to do my math but i reallyreally dont feel like it. this is terrible. aiyah. do after i come back from hk. hehe.
come to think of it, before hols started i told myself i'd read tarling and compile my history notes and study this year's work again. and do one test from the red math book everyday. and do something about econs. hahaha owells. whoooops. but i did read my lit texts!!! ahhh. =]
mm. my future looks bleak.
anyway, yesterday went for lunch then watched shutter with a few vballers. i still dont get whyyyy must ghosts be ugly but ok. whatever. haha ailin and i were quite scared at some points. oh oh and i do NOT like hair coming out of basins!!!! thats just gross ok. and the ghost was some weird girl when she was alive, so i think i should stop being mean to weird pple if not they'll come haunt me later. ahems. hadri--> you better keep that in mind too man!!! haha you know who i'm talking abt. yeah then at night dunno why the image of that stupid ghost sitting on the guy's neck kept floating arnd in my mind. erghhh.
after the movie, went down to ccab for game with poon's team. kt got quite high at the start cos of some gossip. hahaha mad girl. contacts killed me after awhile and i went around halfblind for the rest of the time. everyone was like little blur blobs. could only recognize them by the colour of their clothes. hmmm not good. at some point i kinda mixed up yvonne and lingmin cos both wearing yellow. but luckily i wasnt on court. haha.
nothing to do until 3!!! then its piano for an hour. then nothing to do again until 6, when i gotta meet janahan at hollandv to go for joash's church thingie.
haha received a msg from jose last night asking abt my lousy contacts. small unexpected acts of niceness make me happy. =]

which reminds me. i'm supposed to do some rjvball blog but i can't seem to do a nice template. wait awhile more pple. i will try! haha.

met iris, anna and juelin today! =] met iris and anna at a super early time of 11 plus, which explains my tiredness throughout the day. heh. wanted to watch a movie... i wanted alexander but anna and iris refused. boohoooo. and iris wanted after the sunset but me and anna refused. and i wasnt very keen on national treasure haha. i wanted a brainless show cos quite tired. so christmas with the kranks was kinda in the running. hahhaa. after a looong while we were quite set on blade trinity (decided thru oyabayasom-ing muahaha) but then stupid anna was upset cos she didnt know what the show was hunting for. but anyway. juelin finally told us to go watch without a paddle at cine. yay no need to use brains wan! haha. funny show. damnnn crap. then after that i bought a nicenice adidas cap with my meagre amount of money so became broke. walked arnd and dear iris bought me food!!! ahh. iris rocks. hahaa. the way to my heart is thru my stomach man. oh and btw do not eat the stupid pontian wanton mee at heeren upstairs! cheat money wan. the pic looks so good but tastes so bland. bleah.
anyway then i got very sleepy and decided to come home. then slept till after dinner. so no dinner for me.
arghhhhhhhhhh its weights tmr!!!!! whywhywhyyyy. today i observed that my arms were the biggest among all of them lor. arghh. =[
the other day just started crying (to my horror) cos of something someone said. or rather, something someone told me to be. sometimes i'm really quite torn.
but i've already accepted the way things are now for so long. not easy but i did it. they're still there, but at least now the things which make me upset are pushed to the back of my head. hope pple would stop making them come back to the front of my head again.

training today.
nothing new to say abt it. haha.
unless you pple are interested to know that this time we trained at angmohkio police headquarters. ahh but i doubt it. haha
oh yes, i cut my hair yesterday! it's short now. like waaaay shorter than the last time i cut. and it just looks wrong. =[ but whatever. hair grows. even if it may take a million years. blearghs.
and if you must know, i cut it cos i felt bored k. hahaha. and it was actually fine. until i told the woman to go shorter. and it became disastrous. erghhh
hahaha why do i never learn!!!!!!!! this is so not the first time. grrshh
anyway, i can't find my nkf donation card and i'm supposed to go make a police report... then this evening i received a call from an unknown number and the guy said he was sergeant goh, from policepost, and he found my nkf donation card! then i was so relieved. and i was like, er yah i actually wanted to go down to make a report.
and then GUESS WHAT. sergeant goh started laughing hysterically. in a strangely familiar GAY way. and then it struck me.
SERGEANT GOH IS LOY XINGZHE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dammit that piece of crap!!!! hahaha i was like jumping up and down and screaming into the phone once i realised.

hahaha many pple understood the plantcell thing! wah. smart. =]
anyway, today at joash's was quite fun... though only like, seven of us were there. me joash tim hadri janahan hakeem marns. =] before trooping over to joash's, we went to coldstorage to get something for marns cos it's her birthday today... happybirthdaymarns!! =] yah, wandered arnd and hadri wanted to buy many weird things. like a ham. haha how typical. finally settled on some cadbury cake mix thing and a HUGE candle. like really really huge. like the kind which you carry when your house experiences a blackout. haha. then began the looong walk to joash's and walked right in without knocking or ringing the doorbell or whatever. started baking and it was damn hard!! joash is useless around his kitchen. haha. the stupid cakemix was like, level 3 in difficulty. bleah. some hazelnut thing was supposed to be spread over the cake too. and some ganache thingie. hmm so we left the cake baking and went to watch killbill. freaking gruesome show!!! like a human version of happytreefriends. damn damn gross!!!!!! blood fountains out from everywhere. and they just chop off limbs and heads like nobody's business. and gouge out eyeballs. erghsss sick. yah anyway when we went to check on the cake after awhile, we realised that the stupid pan we put the cake in was leaking!!!!!!! and the batter was dripping out onto the oven. damn gross. and it dripped on the wire coil and started burning and there was like smoke in the oven! so we decided to take it out and put it in another pan and rebake. and i got burnt. =[ in the new pan, it was muchmuch better haha. then after like an hour, it was ready and we attempted to dig it out from the pan onto a plate but it turned out looking quite bad. it became broken and not in a nice rectangular shape. =[ poured some nuts and chocolate over the whole mound and presented it to marns with the huge candle. think she was damn amused hahahah! sang birthday song and took a pic and she had to leave... then came the terrible part of cleaning the kitchen. the oven was in a terrible state cos the dripped batter dried and got stuck there. tim and i had a hard time cleaning it. but we succeeded! yay! =] decided to watch lotr after that and stupid hadri switched discs so he could watch his stupid gandalf-torchlight part. you know the part where gandalf rides on his horse and lifts his stick and chases the flying things away with some white light. worse thing was, hadri never found the part cos the vcd wouldnt cooperate hahaha. ahh but all in all, had a fun relaxing slack day at joash's. such days seem even more precious nowadays. a rarity. =]

its like my life's a plant cell now and a gigantic vacuole is absorbing water and whatever and becoming huge and squashing the nucleous and mitochondria and stuff to the sides. then someone just wants more and more water to diffuse in even though its damn turgid already then sooner or later the cell membrane will burst and thats the end babe.
haha. not bad a simile/metaphor/whatever (i dunno) for an arts student like me right. but owells. its apt. haha. but if you all dont get it, too bad for you!! heh. i'm sure kt will. and other vballers too. hmm.

yesterday was damn full of twists and turns... but it ended up all nice and happy. =]
woke up in the morning all set for metro for the 6th consecutive day. -__- dreading it like mad. then came online and found out from yq/kt that coachchunkie's going down for training that day!! and so's junmin!! would make a wonderful sec4 team reunion... complete with coach. but me and yvette had metro. =[ sourced all around for replacements, pinning all our hopes on jingming but he couldnt. then suddenly sarah called and said she found pple for us! and the thing is i didnt even tell her i was looking for replacements. ahh the communication of our team always surprises me. =] so then i was looking forward to training with sec4team plus coachchunkie. but when we all gathered at the courts, a sudden turn of events led us to feeling puzzled and having to cancel training. mood was abit tense. quite at a loss of what to do for awhile but then we came up with another plan again and left training, met up with coach and gang at hollandv instead. all prepared to go to bk, but then changed destination again to swensens. haha finally finally settled down there... ate damn alot... then hustled off to katong laksa after that for more food. =]
argh i miss the team man... han, jimmy and chunkie all not here with us now. though trainings were worse than terrible at times, we were all in it together and all pulled through... had fun... still remember jimmy and her slowness haha. han and her loudness. and chunkie's talks on life and moral values. haha. our bitchings abt juniors, jimmy's ballet-prancing over sarah in a competition to receive a ball, all the times after training when we sit in the canteen and eat bag after bag of potato chips. chunkie's horror at the 99 roses and saying that the money should be donated to charity. steamboats, chinese new years when we go bai-nian together. wall-digging for 1000 times. 10 circuits. jumping elastics at the rg walkway. cheating at skipping. haha. and so much more... =]
