yesterday was vball again. didnt play much though cos i was sick. =[ and i know i say this every week, but my service is seriously so terrible it has become amusing. everytime it's my turn to serve, pple break out in guffaws. boohooooo. and when i DO actually manage to serve properly, theres an expression of total shock on their faces. sighh. this is TERRIBLE. i need to regain my service!!!!! anyway jiawei bought liangcha for me yesterday in an attempt to make my sorethroat and flu better. so sweet. him, not the liangcha hahaha. liangcha is really grosssssssss. i drank the most i've ever drunk of it though! (which is not alot) =] then went home and came out again for dinner with jose, still sniffling away. met up with kt and zw for awhile cos they were in town too! =] and zw said i looked thinner again! heheeeeee.
and so i'm going to watch fantastic four now. hahahaa no connection but who cares. =]

my last day of work!!! but i have been wheedled into going back next mon and tues, esp since next tues is one of my kids' birthday. had a mini celebration and i bought my kids pretty biscuits!! and there was a cake for me and another teacher who's leaving too. the cake was goooood. =] the two of us who're leaving and with the class. =] yes i know my face looks even rounder now. one teacher even asked me if i grew fatter. erghhhh.

i cut my hair today!!!!! after reallyreallyreallyyyy loooong. and now i look like paul twohill!!! OMGGGGGGG. my fringe is like, SHORT and irritating. it's like too short to even clip up please. unless i clip like ermm the cheeeeena oldfashioned way. you know those kind you clip right at your hairline there. -_- ahh but at least i didnt cut chin-length hair like paul twohill. my hair's still long. XL in length, according to what the hairdresser wrote. haha i wonder what my sister's would be then. XXXL????? hmm. yq went to cut with me and she looks around the same, maybe just neater and shorter. i think i like to unconsciously sabotage myself. told the hairdresser, "just do anything you like! but keep the length!!" and tadah!! this is what she likes. hahaaaa.
ok la actually maybe it's not too bad. its just that my stupid hair is too stiff and disobedient to move to the side!! so it falls right down and makes me look like... er.. paul twohill. -___-
hmm disastrous hair aside, today i went to watch the lakehouse with sarah!! didnt really like it though sandra bullock's chio. the story is quite off!! and how can she change the future!!!! makes no sense. i'd prefer it if she couldnt and keanu reeves just died like how he was supposed to. then it'll be a nice sadddd ending. oh oh and is the mailbox supposed to be magical?? hmm weird. but then again, i guess keanu reeves was quite sweet in the show.
my last day of work tmr!! bought stuff for the teachers and kids. gonna miss them lots. =[

yesterday started off with the medical checkup at nus and then making a perfect fool out of myself in rag. i'm so gonna be ostracised before school even starts. =[ shaking and wiggling sexily are sooo not my thing man!! haha. dammit. yeah so we decided not to continue with it since they don't really need us already... the pple there were quite nice though. esp some of the girls who were trying so hard to teach stiff ol' me how to move. =] then dropped anna off at jurong east mrt and proceeded to get lost. hahaaaaaaaa. couldnt find the way home! so had to call edwin for directions. and when i finally reached home, had to bathe fastfast cos edwin and yq were coming to pick me up! to go to yq's belated birthday celebration at one rochester. =]

vball with the oldies again today, but outdoor court this time. i drove to school hehe and i didnt lose my way! although driving home from j8 was another story. it was so terribly terribly HOT i think i got a few shades darker. edwin claims he'll get tanlines. right. face it edwin, you're always gonna be pale and white!! no amount of sun can make you blacker laaa haha!! and speaking of edwin, that idiot made a stupid bet with me and now i owe him a drink. very unfair!! cos i thought about it again and edwin! i realised that under those circumstances, anyone would have done that!!! ask me on msn or sth what i mean laaa cannot say here if not too obvious. hahahaha. hmm but anyway despite the heat, i had fun today surprisingly. considering certain factors. haha. and sarah, yvonne and charmain came to play today too! =] and my service still sucks i feel like such a hindrance. boohoo. and there's clinton's church tournament thingie next week. how am i gonna play if i can't serve!!!

celebrated racial harmony day today at the kindergarten and i wore a sari!! over my jeans haha. the other indian teachers helped me put it on. =] most of the kids were dressed up in different costumes and they were sooo cute!!!! so of course i HAD to take manymany pictures!!

good day at work. but bad day in town!! not cos of the company (which was kt), but cos my freaking shoes were absolutely killing me! i feel like flinging them across the room but they're very pretty. =[ yeah then i was getting all grumpy and almost gonna throw a tantrum. then i went to buy some stupid gel plaster thingies for the blisters and to reduce the pain cos it's like cushioned, but it didnt work! and not only that, but it also made it worse!!! and it was ELEVEN BUCKS for only FIVE pieces!!! omg. i am so broke now please. i didnt even have money to begin with. so i am quite very pissed off. grr.

haha a few days ago i msged timmy and told him that i missed him, so today we met for dinner at hollandv!! havent seen my gay in agesss. although i dunno why i'm friends with him. he's a very very horrible person who does horrible things hahaa!! though he paid for abit of my share today. how shocking right! usually i'm the one paying for both our shares lor. hmm we ate at essential brew. so fun can sit on the floor. but then everyone must take off their shoes. luckily didnt really have any stinky-feet odours. anywayyy the food took soooo freaking long to come!! like one hour! and we were soooo super hungry. somemore i put parking coupons for only one hour, then i was abit scared that i'll get a summon! but dont think parking attendants go around the houses there at night right... yeah had to park there cos the hollandv carpark was full. =[ but anyway the point is, we were so hungry and tired of waiting that we were almost gonna just leave and drive to jelita to have pizza hut for dinner. then when the food finally came, we devoured it! haha. yes and i ate twice as fast. which is abit scary cos pple like sarah always say i inhale my food under normal circumstances. -_- then i think we complained too much so they felt quite bad and gave us FREE sorbet shooters!! or sth lydat la dunno whats it called.

SPA today with kt!!!!!! hahahaaa we're such wannabe taitais. went for free. so it wasnt that extensive a treatment. just dumped us into a steam bath and then into a hydrobath. we were like imagining scenarios straight out of final destination.. like something collapsing onto the door of the steam bath room and locking us in while we just keep sweating and sweating and we'll end up like prunes and die. haha! and the spa experience was so not relaxing!!! mainly cos i was too busy trying to make sure my towel doesnt unravel itself. haha. clearly i dont have the boobs to hold it up. especially during the hydrobath! omg the bubbles and jets kept making my towel billow around and i had to hold it real tight! scary stuff man. hahaha. twas quite fun though. =] oh the spa was at bugis. yup. so we went shopping around there. and kt and i bought the same pair of wedges! heheeee. they're cheerful wedges! with bright happy colours! =] and LOOK what we bumped into at bugis!! haha we look teeny next to them.
yeah and i was actually supposed to go watch singapore idol tonight!! hadri called and said he had tix. and then a few hours later he called again and said it's cancelled. wthhhh. i cancelled my plans for tonight because of that! ergh. i wasnt too pleased about that. bleah. but i caught it on tv anyway. and jonathan sings well! though he looks quite terrible. haha.
couldnt meet jonny today cos the car was sent for repair. and now it sports a brand new bumper! hooray! the bmw's pretty again! =]

went to meet her, kt, yq, sarah and van today for a reallyyyyyy late lunch! at 3.30pm omg. except for van, we were so hungry we almost died and had to eat something first. somemore i purposely woke up exactly at 1230pm just so that it'll be brunch for me (we were originally meeting at 230pm). yeahh but then junmin suddenlly changed the time but it's okayyy cos it's her birthdayyy!! =] =] =] sarah couldnt stay till 330 thoughh =[ then they went for the filming of superband! haha. to support junmin's bros.... otherwise known as BRODS!! so all of you who read this, go vote for BRODS!!!! they're not ahbeng like the other groups! so vote for them!! =]
and guess what, i have a new job now. i am a driving-lessons-coordinator!!! -_______- stupid max guilt-tripped me into helping him check for slots and book them. and jiawei has jumped onto the bandwagon too. i demand payment!!! hahaha.
and i'm gonna meet jonny on wed!! cos he'll be at eunos too and i'll fetch him to nuh. haha. gonna be a catch up session in the car. sheesh. -_- yeah but havent seen him in reallyreally loooong. i miss those nonsensical times with the j4 boys. esp him, weiming my big one, and junyuan who disappeared until dunno where already. too busy diving i think. bleahhh. on wed, kt and i are going to a SPA too!!!! how exciting! =]

hello we played volleyball today. with the alumni, otherwise known as the oldies. haha! only 12 pple today though so we played every set. most of them are quite nice laa so it was quite fun. but i played reallyyyy lousily. =[ i can't seem to serve anymoreee! everytime throw wrongly. throw to the back. this reminds me of my learning service looooong time ago in sec 2. i'm back to being a noob!! boohoooo. very paiseh lehh wahlau. somemore play with all those oldies who are pros. haisss. and i think i keep hindering their game cos i'm too pok. =[ but actually i think this alumni thing is quite good. at least theres vball for me to play on saturdays when i feel like going down. =] just that the organizer is leaving so i dont know if there'll still be anymore. hmms. then got a lift to j8 from a j9! or is he a j10. hmm. hahaha see what i mean. reallyyy oldddd. met jose there who gave me one of those plastic cover thingies for my phone. so now when i drop it, there wont be anymore scratches! hooray!! hahaha but it may spoil. which means i still have to be more careful. -_- and for some reason once i put it on my phone, it's impossible to take out!!! unless i cut it or something. but i think he'll kill me. haha looks like it'll have to stay there for quite awhile then. then went for a buffet dinner at orchard hotel with my family and my parents' staff. i'm very bloated now i'm about to burst.

wahhh tiring day. went to work in the morning as usual. freaking hottttt day!!! yeah so i drove with my shades on hahaha. and the kids wanted to try it! seee how cuteeeeeeee!!
then i came home and went grocery shopping with my grandma. omg i HATE grocery shopping!!! esp grocery shopping in MARKETS!! and in supersupersuperHOT weather!!! yuckkkkkk. made me all grumpy. when we finished with the market and went to ntuc, i grabbed everything on the list at topspeed so that i wont have to grocery shop for much longer. bleahh. then we pushed the trolley back to the carpark and was blocking the road but the police van behind us was very nice and patient and followed us slowly with a big smile on their faces! yay nice policemen hahaha. then we loaded the stuff into the boot and i had to move the car so my grandma had to return the trolley on her own in the sweltering heat! then i wasnt very at ease with that so i wound down the window and waved to a random guy standing at the curb and told him "hello!! thats my grandma there! can you help her bring back the trolley???" and he agreed!! and carried it all the way up somemore. sooo niceee!!! turns out he's a policeman too hahaha. yeah then i had to move cos the stupid cars behind me were making a lotta noise so i drove out and uturned and came back in and couldnt find my grandma!! was quite anxious haha but in the end saw her waiting a little further down so all's good except that it was just FREAKING HOT!! omg whats wrong with the weather these days. i hate it. ergh. then i came home and rested aBIT then left for dead man's chest at cine! with janahan and hadri. multi-racial gang haha. =] the show's quite crappy but in a good way haha. the part where they were in the ball-like cage thingie and trying to swing to the other end was damn funny la!! actually the whole part about the tribal pple was damn funny. but the ending was damn irritating. and we also thought there was something good after the credits so we stayed for soooooo long just to see it and guess what. it was extremely spastic. omg. waste time. haha

today was...an eventful day. for lack of a better word. still pretty shaken up. only thing that ran through my mind at that time was "omgomgOMGGG". grabbed my phone immediately and called my mummy. then it became "omggg please come fastfastfastttt". sigh i guess it could have been worse. but this was bad enough. and i hope it'll never EVER happen again.
left to meet the girls in town. was still brooding over it at first but they managed to keep my mind off it, with their typical silliness and crap. haha. twas starbucks for a short chat, with jm being late as usual. then yq, sarah and i left to do some shopping while jm, kt and van continued talking nonsense there haha. didnt buy much today la. and we're quite, quite broke. i think we've become town experts now. and we must have gone into mango/topshop about 10 times this week. i think the salesgirls probably recognize us by now. hahaaa. then the 6 of us met up again for dinner at pepperlunch, where the waiter so kindly helped me cook it. cos everytime i do it myself, it ends up uncooked and i get a stomachache! =[
thank goodness for them who made me laugh and made my day so much better after that traumatic experience. love you all. and i'm glad i have such nice parents really.
